Shipping Policy
Delivery Within Australia
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Australian warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.
PO Boxes & Rural Areas
We deliver to PO Boxes and regional addresses, note that delivery may take slightly longer in some rural areas.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia. If you're overseas and interested in our flags, please contact us for a custom quote.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, contact us and we will help to track it down.

Return & Refund Policy
At The Flag Men, we stand by the quality of our fully sewn Australian flags. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It’s returned in the original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at theflagmenflags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Flags that have been flown, marked, damaged, or altered
- Custom-made or personalised flags
- Clearance or sale items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your flag arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
