By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They are governed by New Zealand law, and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 always apply.


1. Orders and Pricing

Prices for NZ orders are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% GST where applicable. If we spot a pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.


2. Payment

We accept major cards, digital wallets, and third-party payment providers shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we don't store your card details.


3. Shipping

We dispatch within the timeframes shown on our website. Delivery times to New Zealand vary by location and courier. Any customs or biosecurity charges are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.


4. Returns, Refunds and Faults

If anything is wrong with your order — damaged, defective, incorrect, or not what was described — email us at info@theflagmen.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.


5. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, logos, images, designs) belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't reproduce or modify it without our written permission.


6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that can't be excluded. Beyond those rights, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.


7. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
