Delivery to New Zealand

We offer FREE shipping NZ-wide. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:30 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we'll always help track and resolve any issues.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Rural Addresses

We deliver to rural NZ addresses. Delivery to rural areas may take a few extra business days.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@theflagmen.com and we'll help track it down. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply in full and are not limited by anything in this policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee below sits on top of those rights.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your flag arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@theflagmen.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund, and we cover the return shipping.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We back our flags with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It's returned in the original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Items We Can't Accept Back

We can't accept returns under the 30-day guarantee for flags that have been flown, marked, altered, or damaged after delivery. This doesn't affect your rights if the item was faulty when you received it.
