This website is operated by Amara Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 47 603 685 767), trading as The Flag Men ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms apply to orders delivered to Norway.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Norwegian law applies, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Norwegian orders are sold to you by OpenBorder Inc. as the seller of record, and OpenBorder's terms and conditions also apply to your purchase.

1. Orders and Pricing

Prices
for Norwegian orders are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT where
applicable. If we spot a pricing or description error, we may cancel the
affected order and refund you in full.

2. Payment

We accept major cards, digital wallets, and third-party payment providers shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we don't store your card details.

3. Shipping

We dispatch within the timeframes shown on our website. Delivery times to Norway vary by location and courier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Faults

If anything is wrong with your order — damaged, defective, incorrect, or not what was described — email us at info@theflagmen.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven),
including your 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, logos, images, designs) belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't reproduce or modify it without our written permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven), or any other law that can't be excluded. Beyond those rights, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Act (Personopplysningsloven), and the GDPR.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
